“I chose education because I love learning and helping others grow. Leadership is a calling I value deeply, and I am grateful for the opportunities I have had along the way. My family and I have loved being part of the Monett community for the past six years. Our children attend school here, and we are actively involved locally,” said Megan Gidney. “Serving at the Monett Early Childhood Center has been a true joy. The staff is exceptional, and I am excited about the future and confident that I am exactly where I am meant to be.”
Gidney’s dedication to students, families, and staff has made a lasting impact across the district.
Megan Gidney brings a deep understanding of our district, a strong instructional background, and a genuine passion for early childhood education, “said Isaac Sooter, Assistant Superintendent of Academics. “She is a thoughtful leader who builds strong relationships with staff, students, and families. We are confident she will continue to strengthen the learning environment at the Monett Early Childhood Center.”
