Submit a 'Help Ticket', by simply composing a new email addressed to: firstname.lastname@example.org Please be as descriptive as you can in the email and include any screenshots or error messages so that we can better diagnose the problem and help you.
Please be aware that any emails from non-staff accounts are not accepted by the ticketing system to prevent spam and abuse. If a student or guardian is having problems and you are unable to help them, please forward the communication over to helpdesk to create a ticket on their behalf. Tech staff will communicate via email directly with the student or guardian and yourself to keep everyone in the loop.

The Technology Department provides the support necessary for student and staff to meet their educational needs. The primary focus of this department is to support the district's mission while integrating technology resources in the classroom and campuses.

A guest WiFi network is provided for guest use with vouchers available from the campus offices. This WiFi network is only provided as a convenience and content filtering is enforced on it. Technology staff are able to provide limited assistance connecting devices to the guest WiFi.
