Hello MIS Families!

Welcome to another great year at Monett Intermediate School! Whether your family is returning to MIS or joining us for the first time, we are so glad you are part of our school community.

At MIS, we believe every child deserves to feel safe, supported, connected, and challenged to grow. Education has always been close to my heart, and throughout my 22 years in education, I have seen the incredible things that happen when students, families, and school staff work together.

As the principal of MIS, my goal is to help create a school where students can thrive academically, socially, emotionally, and behaviorally. Our staff is committed to building strong relationships, setting high expectations, and helping each student grow in confidence and success. We will continue to focus on what makes MIS special while also looking for new ways to support the needs of our students.

Family partnership is an important part of a successful school year.
