Upcoming Cardiac Emergency Training at Monett Schools

Monett Families, 

As part of our continued commitment to school safety and emergency preparedness, Monett Schools will be hosting Cardiac Emergency Training at three of our campuses in the coming weeks.

Training dates are:

  • Friday, September 11 at 2:45 p.m. -  Monett Elementary School

  • Friday, September 25 at 2:45 p.m. - Monett Intermediate School

  • Friday, October 2 at 2:30 p.m. - Scott Regional Technology Center

Local emergency services personnel will be participating in these trainings, and emergency vehicles will be present and parked outside the schools during the exercises.

We are sharing this information in advance so families, staff, and community members are aware that the presence of emergency personnel and vehicles is part of a planned training exercise and not an active emergency.

These trainings provide an important opportunity to strengthen our preparedness and coordination with local emergency responders so we are ready to respond effectively should an emergency occur.
