Drop Off & Pick Up Procedures

Due to safety precautions, please do not drop off students before 7:30 am

Drop off begins at 7:30 am (staff supervision begins at 7:30 am)

Please do not park in front of MECC on 6th Street to help with traffic flow in the morning and afternoon

Please do not park on 7th Street - this area is reserved for bus traffic both in the morning and afternoon

If your child received a purple or yellow wristband, please ensure they are wearing it before getting dropped off.

Pre-Kindergarten and kindergarten car riders should enter through 9th Street and turn onto Park Street

Students may unload between 6th and 7th Street only.

Student needs to unload the car on the right side onto the sidewalk

Staff will be on duty to open car doors and greet students

After the student has been dropped off, please continue on straight on Park Street. Once you get to 5th or 6th Street, please turn left to exit.

Pre-Kindergarten car rider parents should enter through 9th Street and turn onto Park Street

Students will be loaded between 6th and 7th Street only

Staff will be on duty to open car doors and help students in the car

After the student has been picked up, please continue on straight on Park Street. Once you get to 5th or 6th Street, please turn left to exit.

Kindergarten car rider parents will need to enter through N. Central Avenue and turn right onto Sycamore

Continue on Sycamore until you get to 6th and 7th Street

Student will be loaded on the right side onto the sidewalk (playground area)

Staff will be on duty to open car doors and and help students in the car

After the student has been picked up, please continue straight on Sycamore and exit on 9th Street.
