In honor of Patriot Day, our local heroes came together for a parade for students at MECC. We deeply appreciate the men and women who serve our community and our nation. Our students' smiles were truly the brightest lights today. 🚓We are thankful for our HEROES:

■ Ambulance Services
■ Barry and Lawrence Law Enforcement
■ Conservation Agents
■ Fire Station
■ Military
■ Monett Police Department

The Hero Parade laid the groundwork for a deeper understanding as our MECC students grow older and encounter more detailed history lessons about 9/11.
