Dear Monett Families and Community,
Today marks an important milestone for our district. The Monett Schools Welcome Center is now open and ready to serve families. Over the last year, our Welcome Center staff poured their hearts into creating a space where our families feel welcomed and supported. They have thoughtfully designed a space that reflects who we are as a district: warm, inclusive, and ready to serve every family who walks through our doors. From researching best practices to planning and implementing new procedures, our staff has focused on one goal: making it easier for new families to join our district and feel connected from the very beginning.
The Welcome Center was built with families in mind, creating a place where every experience with our district feels welcoming, personal, and supported. It is a bright and inviting space where families can enroll all of their children in one location, receive guidance in different languages, and connect with helpful services and community resources. Our goal is to ensure that every family feels seen, supported, and confident as they begin their journey with Monett Schools.
The new Welcome Center is located in the former Special Services building, 800 E. Scott Street in Monett. This beautiful new space reflects The Monett Way by working together for student success, building strong relationships, and creating a welcoming environment where everyone belongs. It is a celebration of the collaboration that makes our district special and our community strong.
