Students with negative Lunch accounts will be put on the Owe's list until they are taken care of.  If you plan to go on field trips or leave early for activities you must have this taken care of before you will be allowed to go.  

 

 

ACT 

Taking the ACT in OCTOBER or DECEMBER?  Sign up to get help! We are offering THREE study sessions this fall! Sign up by filling out the form in the email from Ms. Sampson

 

  • Sunday October 2nd: 1-5 pm: Take a REAL ACT mock test in full then find out your score!

 

  • Saturday October 15th: 12-3/3:30 pm: Learn about how to get a good score and how to work through the test! This is a 3-4 hour session.

 

  • Sunday October 16th: 1-4/4:30 pm: Come drill and practice each section of the test to work on getting a higher score.

Homecoming Dance Date Forms 

If you are bringing a student from another school you will need to pick up an out of town  date dance form located at the Attendance Window and have it turned into the office by Wednesday OCt.5 by 3:05 pm no exceptions.

 

 

Art Club/National Art Honor Society meets every Thursday after school in E45 from 3:10-4:00. If you like to do arts and crafts, stop by. 

 

 

SPECIAL OLYMPICS

Our Special Olympics/Inclusion Revolution will be Wednesday October

26th.

All Special Ed students are eligible to play. This year you can pick your buddy!

If you would like to play or volunteer, please email Mrs. Marcano to

pick your partner. We will need your shirt size.

This is an all day event at the stadium, you are responsible for any work missed.

 

 

Book Club Meetings begin this week. We are offering Book Club your way through 3 different formats . . . in-person, Google Meet join-ins, and Google Classroom Discussions. Visit our website for more information

Yearbooks 22-23

Time to order your yearbook! The 2022-2023 yearbook is now available at the following link:  www.buytheyearbook.com. Yearbooks are $35 through February 28. After this date, the price will increase to $45.

If you have photos you or your parents would like to submit for consideration in the yearbook, you can use the same link to add photos.

Extra 2022 yearbooks are available for $45. Bring your money to Ms. Driscoll to purchase one.

 

 

Monett Chess Team 

Any student interested in joining The Monett Chess Team, will be meeting every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:15-4:25.  You will need your own transportation to the middle school as well as home. 

 

 

Cub Cafe

Cub Cafe will be open THIS WEEK beginning Wednesday September 7th during 4th hour lunches.  We will be open Monday through Thursdays this year.

Stop in to try our Frozen Lemonades, Limeades and Cherry Limeade for $1.75 or Iced Lemonade for $1.50.

 

 

 

Dress Code:  please review the student dress code in the Student Handbook.  Short shirts(mid-riffs) are not allowed.  NO Short Shorts or Skirts.  (Shorts must have an inseam!!   At least 2 inches)  (skirts/dresses must be mid thigh).
