Mr. Jason Cutler

I am Jason Cutler, agriculture teacher and FFA Advisor. 2018-19 will be my first year teaching at Monett Schools, but my ninth year teaching agriculture in Southwest Missouri.

I love working with students and seeing them grow in leadership ability and agricultural skills. It’s all about growth. As the third paragraph of the FFA Creed states, "I believe in leadership from ourselves and respect from others. I believe in my own ability to work efficiently and think clearly, with such knowledge and skill as I can secure..." I'm excited to see this in action here in the Monett ag program and FFA chapter.

I constantly encourage students to take advantage of the numerous opportunities in FFA, many of which I never tried out as a student. I was a member of the Morrisville FFA Chapter, where I served two years as an officer, earned a State Group 1 rating in Forestry, and eventually earned both my State and American FFA degrees.

My Supervised Agriculture Experience (SAE) projects were beef cattle and lawn mowing.
